Job Process

Just the thought of remodeling can cause undue stress on an individual, couple or family. We�re here to help you through the entire process: from your initial dreams, through the planning phase, materials selection, and actual construction. Let us take your dreams and turn them into reality.

Your relationship with Michael A Rogers Building & Home Improvement starts with your initial conference with us. We want to hear your ideas, see any sketches or plans, and review the current and surrounding structures. These meetings can often run over an hour in length as we take the time for you to get to know us and our approach.  You�ll be left with our extensive list of references to call as you get comfortable choosing us for this important project.

All projects start on paper. After the initial meeting, we can help you put your ideas on paper, arranging for or preparing necessary drawings, plans, and estimates. If you�d prefer, we can work with your own chosen architect. Either way, you are assured that the proper planning, including securing any necessary permits, will be handled in a professional and timely manner.

Materials selection is another important aspect of job preparation. We work with your chosen suppliers or can advise you on local suppliers as you make your selections. We coordinate the ordering of all necessary materials so that your project will proceed as planned.

As construction begins, you will find that our friendly and professional staff, as well as our carefully chosen subcontractors, understand the unique demands of living through a home remodeling project. We pride ourselves on cleaning up the job site each day, keeping you up to date on the status of the project, and helping you maintain your day-to-day life as much as possible. Each project is assigned a Project Manager who is always available to the homeowner to answer any questions or concerns.
